油区余热利用进展及规模推广中的关键问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 在国家积极推进能源生产和消费革命,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源总体部署形势下,如何构建绿色可持续发展的稳油增气格局,是关乎我国石油工业高质量发展的重大课题。油气生产过程中余热资源的回收和利用是践行绿色低碳可持续发展的重要途径。本文主要介绍了油区可利用余热资源、余热利用工艺技术及现有余热利用典型项目情况,并对油区余热利用规模推广中的关键问题进行梳理分析。研究表明:开展油区余热利用推广十分必要、十分紧迫;油区余热利用规模化推广的积极性明显受投资、企业考核标准和国家地方政策制约;石油行业对余热利用的认知不足。通过结合油区实际情况,从企业推进、科学规划、争取政策支持,以及强化设计理念等方面提出了油区余热利用规模化推广的合理化建议。 It is a great task for petroleum industry of china to construct a stable oil and gas pattern of green and sustainable development under the circumstance that China is actively promoting the revolution of energy production and consumption and constructing the overall arrangement of clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy. Recovery and utilization of waste heat resources in oil and gas production is an important way to practice green,low-carbon and sustainable development. This paper introduces the available waste heat resources,main utilization processes and existing typical waste heat utilization projects in the oil region , and analyzes the key issues in the large-scale extension of waste heat utilization in the oil region. This study shows that it is necessary and to extend the utilization of waste heat in oil region , which is restricted by investment, enterprise evaluation standard and national and local policies, and awareness of waste heat utilization needs to be improved in the oil industry . Based on the actual situation of the oil region, some reasonable Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of enterprise promotion, scientific planning, policy support and strengthening design concept.
