网络暴力的行为主体致因及其应对策略探赜——基于精神分析理论的视角

A Probe into the Causes of Behavioral Subjects of Cyber Violence and its Countermeasures:Based on the Perspective of Psychoanalytic Theory

网络暴力已严重影响了虚拟空间秩序和社会公共安全。以人格理论、心理防御理论、集体无意识理论为基础,从精神分析的视角对网络暴力行为主体进行探究,能为网络暴力治理工作提供新思路。本我的快乐追求和超我的制约失效、心理防御机制的不合理动用、集体无意识的错误导引等原因,导致了网络暴力失范行为的频现。为应对这种状况,多重主体应合作发力,共同塑造网民健康人格;建设网民话语平台,促使其合理动用防御机制;继承传统伦理道德,良性引导集体无意识。

Cyber violence has seriously affected the virtual space order and social public security.Based on personality theory,psychological defense theory and collective unconscious theory,this paper probes into the subject of cyber violence from the perspective of psychoanalysis,and this can provide new ideas for the governance of cyber violence.The unconscious pursuit of happiness in the personality structure of netizens,the unreasonable use of psychological defense mechanism and the wrong guidance of collective unconscious lead to the abnormal behavior of network violence.In order to deal with this situation,multiple subjects should cooperate to shape the healthy personality of netizens,build a platform for netizens discourse,guide the netizens to use the defense mechanism reasonably,critically inherit the traditional ethics and morality,and guide the collective unconsciousness in an appropriate way.
