摘要
为解决稠油油田含水率上升带来的一系列问题,开发了一体化预分水处理装置,并在某稠油油田进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,在不添加水处理药剂的条件下,该一体化除油分离设备对含水率83.7%左右的稠油采出液进行预分水,能够分离出30%~50%的污水,装置出水含油浓度≤50mg/L,含悬浮物浓度≤50mg/L。装置可取代稠油污水通用的“三相分离器+三级沉降”的处理工艺流程,具有除油效率高、不加药、占地面积小的特点,适用于高含水稠油油田的预分水和污水处理,具有很高的推广价值。
The integrated water pre- separation equipment is developed to solve problems caused by water cut increase in heavy oilfields, and field tests are done in a heavy oilfield. Test results show that with no water- treatment chemicals, the equipment can separate 30% to 50% of wastewater when it conducts water pre- separation for the heavy oil produced liquid with water- cut rate of about 83.7%. The outlet oil concentration of the equipment is not more than 50 mg/L, and suspended particle concentration is not more than 50 mg/L. The equipment can replace the universal heavy oil wastewater treatment process, namely three- phase separator + three- level settlement. Due to its high oil removal efficiency, no dosing and small occupied area, the equipment is suitable for the water pre- separation and wastewater treatment in heavy oilfields with high water-cut,and it has high promotional value.
