摘要
LNG储罐是储存液化天然气的专业储罐,其计量系统是LNG储罐中非常重要的部分,为此,应根据计量系统实际的功能需求对LNG储罐进行仪表选型,同时对整个计量监测管理系统进行设计。LNG储罐计量系统应用的主要仪表类型包括雷达液位计、十六点平均温度计、液位温度密度计和伺服液位计,这些仪表类型具有不同的特点,应根据实际需要进行选择以保证LNG储罐的运行安全。同时对LNG罐区的监测系统和库存管理系统进行优化设计,进一步保障LNG罐区测量管理系统的稳定运行。
The LNG storage tank is a professional storage tank to store liquefied natural gas (LNG), and its metering system is a very important part. Therefore, according to functional requirements and actual demand, the instrument types of LNG storage tank are selected and the management of the whole metering and monitoring system is designed at the same time. The main instrument types applied in LNG storage tank metering system include the radar liquid level meter, 16 points mean thermometer, liquid level temperature densitometer and servo liquid level meter, and these instrument types have different characteristics. We should select according to the actual requirements of LNG storage tank to ensure the operation safety. At the same time,the monitoring system and inventory management system of LNG storage tank is optimized, so as to further ensure the stable operation of the measurement management system in LNG storage areas.
