摘要
近年来,中石油油气田地面建设系统提出和实施了“标准化设计、工厂化预制、模块化施工、机械化作业、信息化管理”即“五化”的做法,取得了良好的效果。作为油气田地面工程重要的动力来源,供配电系统中的35kV变电所需求量较大,如何做到适用、高速、高质地建设35kV变电所是供配电系统建设的重要课题。在中石油提出的“五化”建设的基础上,引用BIM技术集成建造35kV变电所,能够进一步提升“五化”建设水平。借鉴BIM技术,首先建立35kV变电所的三维信息模型,然后利用数字化技术为模型提供完整的、与实际情况一致的信息库。设计团队、施工单位、设施运营部门和业主等各方人员可以基于三维模型信息数据库进行协同工作。引用BIM技术可以有效提高35kV变电所全生命周期的工作和管理效率,节省资源,降低成本,实现企业可持续发展。
In recent years, Petrochina oil and gas field surface construction system puts forward and implements "Five- actions" of design standardization, factory prefabrication, construction modularization, operation mechanization and management informatization, which has achieved good results. As the important power source of oil and gas field surface engineering, 35 kV substation in power supply and distribution system is in great demand, so how to achieve the applicability, high speed and high quality of 35 kV substation construction are important subjects for power supply and distribution system construction. On the basis of the "Five-actions" construction proposed by Petrochina,BIM technology integration is applied to build the 35 kV substation, so as to further improve the "Five- actions" construction level of 35 kV substation. Drawing on BIM technology, the three- dimensional information model of 35 kV substation is established first. And then digital technology is used to provide a complete and consistent information base for the model. Design teams,construction units,facility operation departments and owners can work together based on the three- dimensional model information database. The introduction of BIM technology can effectively improve the work and management efficiency of 35 kV substation throughout its life cycle, save resources, reduce costs and achieve sustainable development of enterprise.
