不同血液净化方式治疗儿童脓毒症临床疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 脓毒症是由于感染引起的宿主反应失调所导致的器官功能障碍,即感染+序贯器官衰竭估计评分(SOFA)≥2)。如果脓毒症患者没有得到及时的救治,则有可能进一步进展为脓毒症休克、多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)等,严重者直接导致患者死亡。儿童脓毒症已成为儿科重症监护病房(PICU)患儿死亡的主要原因。
