中药散结汤对结节性痒疹湿毒瘀结症患者临床效果、人血清P物质水平、心理及生活质量的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Sanjie Decoction on Clinical Efficacy,Human Serum Level of Substance P,Psychology and Life Quality of Patients with Nodular Prurigo and Wet Poisonous Stasis

目的观察中药散结汤对结节性痒疹湿毒瘀结症患者临床效果、人血清P物质水平、心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年4月我院治疗收治的186例结节性痒疹患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组93例。对照组患者使用卤米松乳膏、曲安奈德新霉素、氯雷他定片。观察组在对照组的基础上加用散结汤。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效、生活质量、心理、人血清P物质水平。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后人血清P物质水平、HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分比较均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合治疗对结节性痒疹湿毒瘀结的患者临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床不适症状,提高预后心理及生活质量水平。

Objective To observe effects of traditional Chinese Sanjie Decoction on clinical efficacy,human serum level of substance P,psychology and life quality of patients with nodular prurigo and wet poisonous stasis.Methods A total of 186 patients with nodular prurigo admitted during March 2017 and April 2018 were divided into control group and observation group(n=93 in each group)according to therapeutic Methods.Control group was treated with Halometasone cream,Triamcinolone Acetonide Neomycin and Loratadine Tablets,while observation group was added with Sanjie Decoction on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical efficacy,psychology and life quality and human serum level of substance P were compared between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,values of human serum level of substance P,Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA)and hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD)scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Scores of material life,social function,psychological function and physical function in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with nodular prurigo and wet poisonous stasis may achieve good clinical efficacy,effectively improve clinical symptoms,psychology of prognosis and quality of life of patients.
