摘要 目的构建药物警戒模块,提高患者用药安全意识,实现患者线上填报药品不良事件报告。方法以手机应用程序(APP)用药软件为基础,采用模型-视图-控制器(MVC)的构架,编程采用JAVA语言,与医院信息系统及患者处方数据平台相连,构建药物警戒模块。结果实现国家不良反应中心的药物警戒信息及时在手机用药软件中更新,提醒用药风险。在发生可疑药品相关不良事件时,直接通过手机APP上报或通过知会主诊药师/医师进行处理与上报。结论实现对患者用药风险的提示与查询,应用智能上报途径拓宽了公众上报药品不良事件的途径,增加了患者的参与意识,与患者建立了沟通用药相关问题的桥梁,有助于进一步提高医院对患者用药安全风险的管理。 Objective To construct a drug-alerts module which aims for improving the patient awareness of drug safety and enabling patient-initiated online report of drug-related adverse events. Methods The drug-alerts module was developed for use in a smart mobile phone based medication APP, following the model-view-controller(MVC) design pattern, programmed in JAVA, and connected to the hospital information system and patient prescrip-tion data platform. Results Warning of medication risks was made possible since the smart mobile phone-based APP was updated timely for drug alerts from the national repertory of adverse events. Whenever a drug-related adverse event was suspected, the user could report on it either directly through the mobile APP or by reminding the attending pharmacist/physician. Conclusion This module can provide tips and inquiries about the risk of drug use for patients.The application of intelligent reporting technique broadens the conduitfor public reporting of adverse drug events, in-creases the patient initiative of participation, and builds up a bridge for patient-physician communication about drugrelated issues. These help further improve the hospital management of drug safety risks in the patients.
