从体验经济视角探讨历史街区观光旅游的发展——以台中市南屯老街为例

Exploring the Development of Tourism in Historic District from the Perspective of Experience Economy——Taking Nantun Old Street in Taichung City as an Example

近年来,我国的文化产业随着旅游的渗透逐渐蓬勃发展,透过文化观光更能为地方经济带来良好的发展效应。我国大陆在历史街区文化观光旅游的发展和台湾地区有许多的相似性,两岸的文化观光旅游发展需要互相借鉴学习,取长补短共同发展。文章首先介绍了南屯老街的观光旅游发展现状,老街拥有良好的地域文化特色和优质的历史建筑资源,但是缺乏有效的整合与规划,老街的观光旅游发展还处于滞后的阶段。通过体验经济视角的引入,从游客自身体验感受出发,提出适宜南屯老街的发展策略,从而为提升南屯老街观光旅游产业提供建设性意见。

In recent years, China’s cultural industry has developed steadily with the penetration of tourism, and it has brought good development effects to the local economy through cultural tourism. The development of cultural tourism in the historical blocks of mainland has many similarities with Taiwan district. This paper first introduces the development status of sightseeing tourism in Nantun old street. It has good regional cultural characteristic and high-quality historical building resources, but lacks effective integration and planning. The development of tourism in is still in a lagging stage. Through the introduction of the experience economic perspective, starting from the experience of visitors, and proposing a development strategy suitable for Nantun Old Street, it will provide constructive opinions for the improvement of Nantun old street tourism industry.
