摘要
目前,我国老龄化日趋严重,老年人生活需求与旧住宅区环境现状的冲突越来越大。为改善旧住宅区中老年人的生活质量,文章通过分析福州旧住宅区室外公共空间环境现状,并结合老年人的养老需求,探索旧住宅区室外公共空间适老化改造的措施,希望为福州旧住宅区适老化改造工作提供参考建议。
At present, China’s aging is becoming more and more serious, and the conflict between the living needs of the elderly and the current situation of the old settlements is growing. In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the old residential areas, the article analyzes the current situation of the outdoor public space environment in the old residential areas of Fuzhou, and combines the old-age needs of the elderly to explore the measures for the aging renovation of the outdoor public space in the old residential area.
