摘要
随着高校图书馆使用者需求的不断改变,大多已老旧的图书馆亟待更新,使用者空间的再设计给这一现象提供了突破口。文章以西安交通大学图书馆自习空间为例,以层次分析法为指导,在权重设置时,不依靠单个的专家,创新采用通过多位使用者打分计算确定权重的方法,并运用kendal’W及CI/RI法对打分的结果进行了得分差异性、排序一致性的检验,结论证明了该方法的合理性;使用后评价问卷采用使用者选择自己最常使用的自习空间进行评价的结构形式,在问卷回收后计算得到各个空间的综合满意度,结果显示功能、形式多样化的自习空间3满意度最高,并首次采用CI/RI法对问卷打分的一致性进行了检验;在对权重及满意度评价结果进行分析后,文章得出了提升空间丰富性、提供私密性、控制座椅距离、增加研讨空间的改进建议。
With the changing needs of university libraries users, many traditional libraries need to be updated. The redesign of user space provides a breakthrough aimed at this phenomenon. This paper takes the selfstudy space in the Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example, takes the Analytic Hierarchy Process as the guidance, and does not rely on a single expert when setting the weight, innovates the method of determining the weight by scoring by multiple users. The method of Kendall’W and CI/RI is used to test the difference of scores and the consistency of ranking given by users. The conclusion proves the rationality of the method. The questionnaire of Post-Occupancy Evaluation adopts the structure that users can choose one of their most-used space to evaluate, and then data are collected and calculated to reach the overall satisfaction scores of each space, which illustrates that the third space with the most diverse function and formation marks the highest. Additionally, we used the CR/RI to test the consistency of scoring. In this paper, suggestions are made to improve the richness of the space, to provide privacy, to control the seat distance and to increase the space for discussion and discussion.
