多元化教学理念驱动下的“1+N”多途径教学模式构建研究——以环境设计专业教学为例 被引量:3

摘要 伴随全球化、信息时代的到来,国内外多元化的新教育理念不断涌现,这对我国高校人才培养的革新具有重要的启发意义,与此同时也不断推进了我国对高等教育目标、教育内容、教学模式的新探索。在国家"高等教育大众化"政策及市场经济大发展的驱动下,国内各高校环境设计专业经历了大发展的阶段,而在发展过程中,我们逐渐发现传统单向的教学模式已不能适应时代对人才培养的要求。因此,文章着重以环境设计专业的教学为例,探索符合时代要求与多样化教育目标的教学模式--"1+N"多途径教学模式是通过1个校内教学平台,N个校外教学平台组合的方式,依据课程需求采用多种灵活教学方式,优化整合教育与社会资源,以达到最佳的教育成果,希望能在符合教育发展规律的前提下做出一些有益的探索。 With the arrival of the globalization and information age, the domestic and foreign various educational ideas are constantly emerging. This is of great enlightening significance to the innovation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities in China. At the same time, it has continuously promoted our country’s new exploration of higher education objectives, contents and teaching modes. Universities are guided by the national policy of "popularization of higher education",the environmental art design specialty has experienced rapid development stage. That’s also related to the fast-growing market economy. And in the process of development, we gradually find that the traditional teaching mode cannot meet the requirements of today’s era. Therefore, this paper focuses on the teaching of environmental design as an example. Exploring the teaching mode that meets the requirements of the times and diversified educational objectives. The "1+N" multi-channel teaching mode is a combination of one in-school teaching platform and N out-of-school teaching platforms. According to the needs of the course, we should adopt various flexible teaching methods,integrating educational and social resources to achieve the best educational results. I hope I can make some useful explorations on the premise of conforming to the law of educational development.
