基于流域汇水单元模拟的水系空间规划方法浅析

摘要 自然孕育了水系,水系滋养了城市。自然本底资源作为城市发展的基础与底线,水系对城市的繁荣兴盛和绿色发展有着深远的、长久的影响。随着"山水林田湖草,生命共同体"思想落实到城乡建设各处,面对自然资源部与生态环境部成立的新机遇,如何实现水系良性保护与高效利用,将水系监管引导进行空间管控与落地实施,笔者试图通过GIS水文分析中流域汇水单元模拟功能,关联城市建设用地,从理水、活水、保水、治水、靓水、兴水等方面探索从宏观到微观多尺度下水系空间规划方法。 Nature gives birth to the water system, which nourishes the city. Water system is the basic resource of urban development, which has a far-reaching and long-term influence on the formation and development of cities. With the continuous implementation of the life community of "mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grass" in various parts of urban and rural construction, how to realize the ecological protection and efficient utilization of water resources, and how to conduct spatial control and implementation under the guidance of water system supervision policies. In the face of the background and new opportunities of the establishment of the ministry of natural resources and the ministry of ecological environment, the author attempts to explore the spatial planning method of water system from macro to micro levels through the simulation function of catchment unit in GIS hydrological analysis and the combination of urban construction land.
