老有所为——冀东鲁家峪红绿文化资源型乡村空巢老人养老困境及其支持模式研究

Old-Fashioned—— Study on the Predicament of Supporting the Aged and the Supporting Mode of the Empty-nest Elderly in the Red-green Cultural Resources Village in Ludong

乡村空心化现象严重,村内老人居多,传统的家庭养老方式不能满足实际的需求。在此背景下,文章提出"老有所为"的集体互助养老模式,选取了冀东地区鲁家峪革命老区进行实地研究,综合考虑当地区位因素造成的资源输出阻碍和"老而无为"等问题,以丰富的红绿资源为依托,通过构建乡村内外部经济激活网络,加强资源输出和人才引入,为老年人增加村内就业机会,满足老人物质、精神需求,并实现其社会价值,带动地区经济发展,为乡村振兴背景下解决广大乡村的经济和养老问题提供参考。

The phenomenon of rural hollowing out is serious. There are many elderly people in the village. The traditional family pension system can not meet the demand. In this context, this paper proposes a model of mutual support for the elderly, and selects the old revolutionary area of Lujiatun in the eastern part of the country to conduct field research, comprehensively considering the obstacles of resource output caused by regional factors and the problem of "old and inaction". Relying on rich red and green resources, through the construction of rural internal and external economic activation networks, strengthening resource output and human source introduction, increasing employment opportunities in the village for the elderly, meeting the material and spiritual needs of the elderly and realizing their social values, and promoting regional economic development. To provide reference for the solution of the vast rural economy and old-age problems in the context of rural revitalization.
