预见性护理在小儿静脉输液安全管理中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in safety management of pediatric intravenous infusion

目的探讨预见性护理在小儿静脉输液安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月本院收治的患儿82例为对照组,选取2018年7月至2018年12月本院收治的患儿90例为观察组,对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿采用预见性护理,比较两组患儿一次性穿刺成功率,静脉炎、导管堵塞、穿刺点渗血、非计划拔管发生率,比较两组患儿留置针使用时间、疼痛时间。结果观察组患儿一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,观察组患儿静脉炎发生率、导管堵塞、穿刺点渗血、非计划拔管发生率均低于对照组,观察组患儿静脉留置针使用时间长于对照组,疼痛时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿静脉输液中应用预见性护理,可提高穿刺成功率,降低并发症和非计划拔管发生率,延长留置针使用时间,提高患儿静脉输液的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in safety management of pediatric intravenous infusion. Methods A total of 82 children from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the control group, and 90 children from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group. The control group accepted routine nursing and the observation group accepted predictive nursing. The success rate of one-time puncture, the incidences of phlebitis, catheter obstruction, oozing of puncture point, unplanned extubation, the use time of indwelling needle and the pain time were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidences of phlebitis, catheter obstruction, oozing of puncture point, and unplanned extubation were lower than those of the control group. The use time of indwelling needle was longer and the pain time was shorter than those of the control group. All the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in pediatric intravenous infusion can improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the incidence of complications and unplanned extubation, prolong the use time of indwelling needle, and improve the safety of pediatric intravenous infusion.
