注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿血清微量元素水平检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血清微量元素水平检测在注意力缺陷多动障碍(Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿中的应用价值。方法选择2016年3月至2018年3月在本院治疗的79例ADHD患儿作为ADHD组,选择同期在本院接受健康体检的20例健康儿童作为对照组,比较两组患儿以及ADHD不同临床类型患儿血清微量元素水平[磷(Phosphorus,P)、铁(Ferrum,Fe)、镁(Magnesium,Mg)、钙(Calcium,Ca)、铜(Cuprum,Cu)、铅(Plumbum,Pb)、锌(Zinc,Zn)]。结果注意缺陷为主型组、多动为主型与混合型组的患儿P、Fe、Mg、Ca、Cu、Pb、Zn水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ADHD组与对照组P、Fe、Mg、Ca水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ADHD组Cu与Zn水平低于对照组,Pb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清微量元素中Cu、Zn、Pb在ADHD发病过程中具有重要作用,在临床治疗过程中可针对性调节此类微量元素水平,以帮助患儿缓解病情。 Objective To investigate the application value of serum trace element level detection in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods A total of of 79 children with ADHD who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the ADHD group. A total of 20 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum trace elements in two groups and different clinical types of ADHD [Phosphorus(P), iron(Ferrum, Fe), magnesium(Magnesium, Mg), calcium(Calcium, Ca), copper(Cuprum, Cu), lead( Plumbum, Pb), zinc(Zinc, Zn)] were compared. Results The levels of P, Fe, Mg, Ca, Cu, Pb and Zn in the attention-deficient group, hyperactivity-based and mixed group were not significantly different(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of P, Fe, Mg and Ca between the ADHD group and control group(P>0.05). The levels of Cu and Zn in the ADHD group were lower than those in the control group, and the Pb level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cu, Zn and Pb play an important role in the pathogenesis of ADHD. In the course of clinical treatment, the levels of such trace elements can be adjusted to help the child to alleviate the disease.
