摘要
目的探讨对来华高职护理留学生实施跨文化适应培训的效果。方法将2017级三年制高职护理专业留学生设为对照组(30名),第一学期开设公共基础课程;2018级护理留学生设为试验组(31名),在公共基础课基础上,实施基于跨文化吸收能力理论的跨文化适应培训,包括自我评价、基本文化常识、中国文化、大学环境4个模块。结果试验组留学生的社会文化适应、心理适应与中国文化常识测试得分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组对培训的满意度得分为(65.34±4.19)分。结论实施跨文化培训可有效帮助高职护理留学生完成来华后社会文化适应和心理适应,增加中国文化知识,有助于提高人才培养质量。
Objective To explore the effects of a cross-cultural adaptation training on cross-cultural adaptation of international nursing students in a higher vocational college.Methods Thirty students of Grade 2017 were assigned to the control group,and those public basic courses were designed for them in the first semester.Another 31 students of Grade 2018 were assigned to the experimental group.Based on the public basic courses,the cross-cultural adaptation training was designed for them.Results The scores of social and cultural adaptation.psychological adaptation and Chinese cultural common sense test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group had high satisfaction with the training and the total satisfaction score was 65.34±4.19.Conclusion The implementation of cross-cultural training can effectively help the international nursing students in the higher vocational college to complete their social.cultural and psychological adaptation after coming to China,increase their knowledge of Chinese culture,and help to improve the quality of personnel training.
