血清胆固醇、尿酸及糖化血红蛋白检测在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用价值分析

Analysis on the application value of serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin in the patients with gestational diabetes

目的探讨血清胆固醇、尿酸和糖化血红蛋白检测在妊娠糖尿病患者应用价值。方法选取2018年3~10月我院确诊的50例妊娠糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期50例体检正常孕妇作为对照组,对两组孕妇血清胆固醇、尿酸和糖化血红蛋白指标进行检测对比,分析三项指标对预测妊娠孕妇患妊娠糖尿病的应用价值。结果观察组孕妇血清胆固醇、尿酸水平显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖代谢指标空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示血清胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白是妊娠糖尿病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论妊娠孕妇血清胆固醇、尿酸和糖化血红蛋白三项指标异常升高是妊娠糖尿病发病指标,临床可通过分析三项指标对妊娠糖尿病发生进行预测并及时治疗,临床应用价值较大。

Objective To investigate the application value of serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin in the patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 50 patients with gestational diabetes who were diagnosed in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2018 were selected as observation group. In the same period, 50 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. The serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin indices of the two groups of pregnant women were tested and compared. The application value of the three indicators in predicting gestational diabetes in pregnant women was analyzed. Results The serum cholesterol and uric acid levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the metabolic indices such as fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin were independent risk factors for gestational diabetes(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal increase of the three indices of serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin in pregnant women is an indicator of gestational diabetes. The gestational diabetes can be predicted by analyzing the three indices in clinical practice and corresponding treatment can be provided in a timely manner. The clinical application value is favorable.
