参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

Clinical effect of Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue decoction in patients with myocardial infarction and its influence on patients’ quality of life

目的探讨参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取我院在2015年1月~2017年12月收治的心肌梗死患者100例,平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上联合参七益气活血汤进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组临床有效率要高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的中医证候积分无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的GCS以及QOL评分明显升高,研究组评分情况要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死能够取得比较理想的临床疗效,可以更好地改善患者胸闷胸痛、心悸、气短等临床症状,防止患者血栓的形成发生再梗死,能有效改善患者的生活质量,且安全性良好,临床上值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue decoction in patients with myocardial infarction and its impact on patients’ quality of life. Methods 100 patients with myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The TCM syndrome scores in study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the GCS and QOL scores of the two groups were increased, and the score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of myocardial infarction can achieve better clinical curative effect, which can better improve the clinical symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations and shortness of breath, prevent thrombus formation and re-infarction, effectively improve patients’ quality of life and has good safety. It is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
