九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病人肝功能异常随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of Jiuwei Gantai Capsule Treating Liver Function Abnormalities in Mental Patients

[目的]观察九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病人肝功能异常疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分两组。对照组43例护肝宁片,5片/次,3次/d。治疗组43例九味肝泰胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。连续治疗48周为1疗程。观测临床表现、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,好转22例,无效3例,总有效率93. 02%;对照组显效15例,好转17例,无效11例,总有效率74. 42%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。肝功能两组均有改善(P <0. 01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0. 01)。[结论]九味肝泰胶囊治疗精神病人肝功能异常,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Jiuwei Gantai Capsule in the treatment of liver function abnormalities in mental patients.[Methods]Using a randomized parallel control method,86 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the disease number. In the control group,43 cases were treated with Huganning Tablets,5 tablets/time,3 times/d. In the treatment group,43 cases were treated with Jiuwei Gantai Capsule,2 capsules/time,3 times/d. Continuous 48 weeks was a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations,alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),total bilirubin( TBil),glutamyl transpeptidase( GGT) and adverse reactions were observed. After 1 course of treatment,we determined the efficacy.[Results]In the treatment group,18 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were improved,3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 93. 02%. The control group had 15 markedly effective cases,17 improved cases and 11 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 74. 42%. The therapeutic effect was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Liver function improved in both groups( P < 0. 01),and that of the treatment group improved better than that of the control group( P < 0. 01).[Conclusion]Jiuwei Gantai Capsule is effective in treating liver function abnormalities in mental patients with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions. It is worthy of promoting.
