现代化信息管理在中药房处方调剂差错防范中应用分析

Application and Analysis of Modern Information Management in Error Prevention of Prescription Dispensing in Pharmacy

[目的]观察现代化信息管理在中药房处方调剂的效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,选择13700份处方。对照组7500份为未进行现代化信息管理时的处方。观察组6200份实施现代化信息管理。观测中成药调剂差错率(包装不规范、中药种类差错、中药剂量差错、处方书写潦草)、中草药调剂差错率(信息沟通不畅、药学知识不专业、中药剂量差错、处方书写潦草)。[结果]中成药调剂差错率(包装不规范、中药种类差错、中药剂量差错、处方书写潦草)观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。中草药调剂差错率(信息沟通不畅、药学知识不专业、中药剂量差错、处方书写潦草)观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01),中草药调剂差错率(信息沟通不畅)两组无显著差异(P>0. 05)。[结论]现代化信息管理在中药房处方调剂中具有重要作用,可降低处方调剂差错率,利于于中药房管理。

[Objective]To observe the effect of modern information management on prescription dispensing in Chinese pharmacies.[Method]A total of 13700 prescriptions were selected by randomized parallel control method. The control group received 7500 prescriptions without modern information management. In the observation group,6200 cases were managed with modern information. We observed the error rate of Chinese patent medicine dispensing( non-standard packaging,errors in types of traditional Chinese medicine,errors in dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,errors in prescription writing),errors in dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine( poor communication of information,unprofessional knowledge of pharmacy,errors in dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,errors in prescription writing).[Result]The error rate of Chinese patent medicine dispensing( non-standard packaging,types of Chinese medicine,dosage errors,prescription scrawl) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05,P <0. 01). The error rate of Chinese herbal medicine dispensing( poor information communication,unprofessional knowledge of pharmacy,errors in dosage of Chinese herbal medicine and scrawl in prescription writing) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in the error rate of Chinese herbal medicine dispensing( poor information communication) between the two groups( P > 0. 05).[Conclusion]Modern information management plays an important role in prescription dispensing in Chinese pharmacies. It can reduce the error rate of prescription dispensing and is beneficial to the management of Chinese pharmacies.
