上海市某区医疗机构污水处理现状调查

Survey on the status of sewage disposal in medical institutions in Pudong district of Shanghai

目的了解上海市某区医疗机构的污水处理现状,提出针对性措施。方法采用现场调查和现场快速检测的方法,对该区69家各级医疗机构污水处理和管理工作进行调查。结果 69家医疗机构中,76. 81%外包由第三方负责,仅有60. 87%开展定期质量抽查。其中75. 36%仍采用人工投放消毒剂。69家医疗机构的污水合格率为78. 26%。结论上海市某区医疗机构污水处理自动化程度较低,管理和质量控制欠缺,处理质量合格率较低,亟需加强监测监督力度,提高污水处理质量。

Objective To understand the status of sewage disposal in medical institutions in Pudong district of Shanghai and propose targeted measures. Methods On-site investigation and rapid detection were used to study the sewage disposal and management of 69 medical institutions in certain district of Shanghai. Results 76. 81% of 69 medical institutions were outsourced by a third party,and only 60. 87% of medical institutions conducted regular quality inspection. Among them,75. 36% of medical institutions still used disinfectant administered manually. The qualified rate of sewage disinfection in 69 medical institutions was only 78. 26%. Conclusion The medical institutions in Pudong district of Shanghai has a low degree of automation in sewage disposal,lack of management and quality control,and low qualified rate of disposal. It is urgent to strengthen monitoring and supervision to improve the quality of sewage disposal.
