基层医疗机构计划生育手术室消毒隔离现状与对策

Status and countermeasures of disinfection and isolation of the birth control operation rooms in primary medical institutions

目的分析基层计划生育手术室消毒隔离现状并提出干预措施。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,选取安徽省11个地级市的88所基层医疗机构,对其计划生育手术室进行问卷调查。结果部分计划生育手术室手术器械处理不规范,吸引器、吸引瓶、氧气湿化瓶等未做到一人一用一消毒,B超探头、吸引器头消毒灭菌不规范。仅39. 77%的调查对象术前进行外科手消毒,14. 77%无菌技术操作不合格。分别有54. 55%、42. 05%、27. 27%的调查对象术前不进行患者阴道冲洗、分泌物检查和生殖道炎症治疗。部分调查对象对地面、物体表面和空气等环境清洁消毒、监测不规范。结论基层医疗机构计划生育手术室消毒隔离方面存在许多不足之处,基层医疗机构应采取有效措施提高计划生育手术室消毒隔离工作。

Objective To analyze the status of disinfection and isolation of the family planning operation rooms in primary medical institutions and propose intervention measures. Methods 88 primary medical institutions in 11 prefecture-level cities of Anhui Province were selected by randomized stratified sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on their family planning operating rooms. Results In some family planning operating rooms,the disposal of surgical instrument was not standardized. The suction apparatus,suction bottle,oxygen humidification bottle were not used by only one person at a time after disinfection,and disinfection of B-ultrasound probes and suction tube heads was not standardized. Only 39. 77%of the respondents underwent surgical hand disinfection before surgery,and 14. 77% of aseptic techniques were below standard. 54. 55%,42. 05%,and 27. 27% of the respondents were not treated with vaginal washing,vaginal secretion examination,and genital tract inflammation treatment before surgery. In some family planning operation rooms,the environmental sterilization and monitoring for ground,object surface and air were not standardized. Conclusion There are many shortcomings in the disinfection and isolation of family planning operating rooms in primary medical institutions,and hospital administrators should take effective measures to improve the quality of disinfection and isolation.
