摘要
目的探讨经颅直流电刺激联合上肢智能等速训练器治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能恢复的作用。方法60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为试验1组(21例)、试验2组(20例)和对照组(19例)。3组均行常规康复训练,试验1组行经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合上肢智能等速训练器治疗,试验2组行上肢智能等速训练器治疗,未行tDCS治疗,对照组未行tDCS和上肢智能等速训练器治疗。试验前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评定上肢运动功能和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定日常生活活动能力。结果治疗4周后试验1组患者FMA和MBI评分均高于试验2组和对照组。结论经颅直流电刺激联合上肢智能等速训练器治疗能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with intelligent isokinetic upper limb trainer therapy on upper limb movement function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into test 1 group(n=21),test 2 group(n=20) and control group(n=19). Three groups all conducted regular exercise training. The test 1 group was given transcranial direct current stimulation combined with intelligent isokinetic upper limb trainer therapy. The test 2 group was given intelligent isokinetic upper limb trainer therapy,not given transcranial direct current stimulation therapy. The control group was not given transcranial direct current stimulation combined with intelligent isokinetic upper limb trainer therapy. The Fugl-Meyer exercise scale(FMA) was used to assess upper limb movement function,and the activity of daily living was assessed by modified Barthel index(MBI) before and after test. Results The FMA and MBI scores in the test 1 group were higher than those in the test 2 group and the control group after 4 weeks′ therapy. Conclusion Combination of transcranial direct current stimulation and intelligent isokinetic upper limb trainer therapy can improve the movement function of upper limbs in hemiplegic stroke patients.
