面向2035的中国教育信息化发展图景*——基于《中国教育现代化2035》的描绘 被引量:85

摘要 《中国教育现代化2035》是我国第一个以教育现代化为主题的战略文件,其第八项战略任务"加快信息时代教育变革"从政策高度指出面向2035年教育信息化发展方向。文件围绕提升校园智能化水平、探索新型教学形式、创新教育服务业态、推进教育治理方式变革四大方面,引出2035年教育信息化的五大发展图景:安全规范、多元共建的教育信息化发展机制;先进技术与人文关怀并存的智慧校园;精准化、扁平化与人性化的教育治理;多元创生、评估、定制、普及优质数字教育资源;人工智能与因材施教的教学形式组合。机制建设依赖政策保障、市场规范和第三方组织资源的共同监督;智慧校园以5G技术为支撑,加强供给侧改革与人本服务意识;智能技术推进教育治理精准化、扁平化同时加强教育治理规范与人机伦理建设;海量优质教育资源以教学设计与学生特点为需求进行评估选择与定制;人工智能从课程形式、师资层面提供了因材施教的可能性。2035文件所描绘的教育信息化以智能、人本为特征,围绕教育性这一本质突出人才培养教育变革新图景。 “China Education Modernization 2035” is China’s first strategic report with the theme of education modernization. From the view of policy, it points the development direction of education informationization in 2035. The report focuses on the four aspects of improving the level of campus intelligence, exploring new forms of teaching, innovating educational service formats, and promoting the reform of educational governance. It leads to the five major development landscapes of education informatization in 2035: safety norms and multi-construction educational informationization development mechanism;the intelligent campus with advanced technology and humanistic care;the precise, flat and humanized education governance;the multi-creative, evaluation, customization and popularization of high-quality digital teaching resources;the combination of artificial intelligence and teaching in accordance with their aptitude. The mechanism construction relies on the policy supervision, market regulation and the joint supervision of the resources of third-party organizations;the smart campus is supported by 5G technology and strengthens the supply-side reform and human-oriented service awareness;intelligent technology promotes the precision and flatness of education governance while strengthening the education and governance norms;the mass quality education resources are evaluated and selected according to the needs of teaching design and student characteristics;artificial intelligence provides the possibility of teaching students according to their aptitude from the curriculum form and the teacher level. The education informatization depicted in the 2035 report is characterized by intelligence and humanity. Focusing on the nature of education, it highlights the new vision of talent development education reform.
