卡介菌多糖核酸联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗变应性咳嗽的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid Combined with Glucocorticoid on Allergic Cough

目的探究卡介菌多糖核酸局部肌肉注射联合糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗变应性咳嗽的疗效。方法治疗组肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸连续4周,联合雾化吸入糖皮质激素连续2周,为一个疗程。对照组雾化吸入糖皮质激素2周。结果治疗组有效率89. 7%,对照组有效率76. 1%。治疗组复发率36. 5%,对照组复发率55. 2%。结论卡介菌多糖核酸和糖皮质激素雾化吸入的联合应用可以提高变应性咳嗽的有效率,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the efficacy of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid( BCG PSN) local intramuscular injection combined with glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods The treatment group received intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for 4 weeks,combined with inhalation of glucocorticoid for 2 weeks,as a course of treatment. The control group received inhalation of glucocorticoid for 2 weeks.Results The effective rate was 89. 7% in the treatment group and 76. 1% in the control group. The recurrence rate was36. 5% in the treatment group and 55. 2% in the control group. Conclusions The combination of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation can improve the effective rate of allergic cough and reduce the recurrence rate.
