我国历史建筑分类保护刍议

Tentative Discussion on Classified Protection of Historical Buildings in China

当前诸多城市的历史建筑保护实践中,由于分类保护模式不合理,普遍存在保护规划或保护图则编制中保护要求与该类别历史建筑认定的保护要素不吻合的现象。在对国外登录建筑与国内历史建筑的分类保护梳理的基础上,提出历史建筑采取二类的分类保护更具备合理性,继而尝试对影响历史建筑分类的诸多要素进行多元关系建构,并指出历史建筑类别认定与公布的合理时机,为我国历史建筑保护的实践提供基础。

Based on the classification and protection of foreign registered buildings and domestic historical buildings, this paper focuses on the wide spread phenomenon that the protection requirements in the protection plan are not consistent with the protection elements identified in the category of historical buildings, due to the unreasonable classification protection mode in the current practice of historical building protection in many cities. It is more reasonable to propose that the classification protection of the second category be adopted for the historical buildings.This paper then tries to construct the multi-relationship of many factors affecting the classification of historical buildings, points out the reasonable timing of the identification and publication of historical building categories, and provides the basis for the practice of historical building protection in China.
