装配式轻型钢管混凝土框架-复合墙共同工作性能试验研究 被引量:19

Experimental study on combining effect of assembled lightweight CFST frames with composite walls

摘要 提出了一种装配式轻型钢管混凝土框架-复合墙抗震节能结构。为研究轻型钢管混凝土框架与复合墙共同工作性能,进行了3榀足尺装配式轻型钢管混凝土框架-复合墙试件与1榀足尺装配式轻型钢管混凝土纯框架的低周反复荷载试验。复合墙分为无洞口墙,带窗洞口墙和带门洞口墙。对比研究了结构的承载力、刚度、延性、滞回特性和耗能,分析了轻型钢管混凝土框架与复合墙共同工作机理,提出了结构水平承载力的实用计算方法。结果表明:在合理装配连接条件下,装配式轻型钢管混凝土框架与复合墙共同工作性能良好;装配式轻型钢管混凝土框架-复合墙结构比纯框架结构水平承载力高,耗能能力强,刚度退化快,变形能力好;复合墙洞口面积及洞口类型对结构性能有显著影响,门窗洞口降低了结构水平承载力和初始弹性刚度,而对结构的累积耗能影响不明显;提出的实用计算方法能够较好地计算结构的承载力。 An anti-seismic and energy-efficient structure,namely assembled lightweight concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)frame infilled with composite wall,is proposed.In order to investigate the combining effect of assembled lightweight CFST frames with composite walls,three full-scale assembled lightweight CFST frames infilled with composite walls and one full-scale assembled lightweight CFST frame under low cyclic lateral load were tested.Composite walls included a wall without opening,a wall with opening of window and a wall with opening of door.The strength,stiffness,ductility,hysteretic behavior and energy dissipation of the specimens were compared and investigated.The combining effect of composite wall and assembled lightweight CFST frame was analyzed.A practical method for estimating the lateral strength of such structure was proposed.The results show that the combining effect of composite wall and assembled lightweight CFST frame is well if the composite wall is effectively connected with the frame.The assembled lightweight CFST frame infilled with composite wall has higher ultimate strength,better energydissipation capacity,faster stiffness degeneration and better ductility comparing with the assembled lightweight CFST hollow frame.The area and classification of openings have a great impact on the structural behavior.The openings of window and door reduce the bearing capacity and initial stiffness but have little influence on the cumulative energy dissipation of structure.The proposed practical calculating method can evaluate the lateral ultimate strength of such structure favorably.
