摘要
以无锡万达秀场钢屋盖项目为例,介绍高空散拼可行性及力学分布;模拟分析整个安装过程中各区块结构受力情况,得出结构应力分布情况和各桁架位移值;对比分析各工况下结构最大应力和最大变形情况,验证本方案可行性,各力学特性均符合规范要求;最后提出消除安装变形预起拱措施,将预起拱引入各施工阶段、各安装区块;最后,通过实际工程实施过程中的变形监测,验证施工模拟的正确性,对其控制精确性进行定性分析,并提出后续研究定量分析的重要性。
Taking Wuxi Wanda Show steel roof project as an example, this paper introduces the feasibility and mechanical distribution of high altitude assembling seperately, simulates and analyzes the stress distribution of every block structure in the whole installation process, obtains the stress distribution of the structure and the displacement value of every truss, compares and analyzes the maximum stress and deformation of the structure under different working conditions, verifies the feasibility of this scheme and the mechanics of every block. The characteristics meet the requirements of specifications. Finally, the measures to eliminate installation deformation pre-arch are put forward , and the pre-arch is introduced into every construction stage and every installation block. The correctness of construction simulation is verified by deformation monitoring in the actual project implementation process, and its control accuracy is qualitatively analyzed , and the importance of quantitative analysis in the follow-up study is put forward.
