摘要
本文统计和分析了2019年度国家自然科学基金集中接收项目申请和受理的数据,介绍了按照新时代科学基金资助导向试点分类申请的情况,并总结和分析了不予受理的原因。
This paper collects and analyzes the data of the application and acceptance of proposals during the batch application period in 2019,introduces the pilot classified application based on four funding categories,and summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the rejected proposals.
