双磷酸盐患者种植治疗效果的回顾性研究

A retrospective study on the therapeutic effect of implant patients with bisphosphonates

目的:初步评估长期口服双磷酸盐类药物的患者进行种植治疗后的临床效果,总结该类患者治疗的临床体会。方法:本回顾性研究收集2016年1月~2019年1于我院口腔第二门诊部口腔种植中心就诊口服双磷酸盐类药物的患者12例;其中1名患者为外院转诊非微创种植,治疗失败后转诊我科进一步治疗;其余11例患者均为自行来我院寻求种植治疗的患者,均给予微创种植体植入,术后严密跟踪随访3~36个月。结果:1例外院转诊非微创种植患者出现严重并发症;微创种植的11例患者均未发生严重骨坏死,亦未见明显术后并发症。结论:口服双磷酸盐类药物的患者,经微创种植体植入术后短期随访效果良好。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of implantation treatment of the patients,who have taken oral bisphosphonates for a long time.And to explore the short-term complications after the treatment.Methods:From Jan 2016 to Jan 2019,12 patients with long-time oral bisphosphonates taking at implant center of 2nd Dental Center in Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital were included in this study.One patient,whose implants were placed in another oral clinic,was referred to our department for further treatment after implant failure.The other eleven patients came to our hospital for implant treatment.All patients were closely followed up 3~36 months after minimally invasive surgery.Results:One patient,who was implanted in another hospital,suffered from severe osteonecrosis.And the other patients had no severe postoperative complications.Conclusion:The short-term clinical effect of implantation treatment of the patients with oral bisphosphonates taking is effective.
