摘要 随着我国基础建设不断发展,长大山岭隧道工程越来越多长大隧道开挖过程中出渣问题是制约工程施工进度的重要因素,修建斜井及竖井作为增加工作面、提高出渣及材料吊运效率的方法被广泛应用。本文依托蒙华铁路崤山隧道3#斜井施工,就隧道斜井开挖过程中初支变形及开裂情况进行分析并制定处理方案:前期采用临时套拱注浆加固措施减小变形,后期拆拱降低台阶高度已便于后期设备、材料通过,并对斜井前期处理措施、变形段通过方案、资源配置需要及工期计划要点等内容进行重点研究,最后对处理措施的实施效果进行总结评价,可为类似工程提供参考。 With the continuous development of infrastructure construction in China, more and more long mountain tunnels are constructed. Slag discharging is an important factor restricting the progress of construction during the cxcavation of long tunnel. The construction of inclined shaft and shaft is widely used as a method to increase the working face and improve the efficiency of slag discharging and material lifting. Based on the construction of No.3 inclined shaft of Xiaoshan Tunnel in Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway, the deformation and cracking of initial support during the excavation of tunnel inclined shaft are analyzed, and the treatment scheme is formulated: in the early stage,temporary arch grouting reinforcement measures are adopted to reduce further deformation. In the later stage, arch demolition and step height reduction are convenient for later stage equipment and materials to pass through. The author focuses on the pre-treatment measures of inclined shafts,the adoption scheme of deformation section,the need of resource allocation and the key points of time schedule, and finally summarizes the implementation effect of the ereatment technology. It could provide experience for similar projects.
