牡丹江站站房屋面网架工程累积滑移施工技术

摘要 钢结构网架结构因其传力途径简捷、重量轻、刚度大、抗震性能好、施工安装简便,逐渐受到了人们的关注和重视。牡丹江站位于牡丹江市中心位置,是连接牡绥与哈牡的重要枢纽,采用累积滑移法施工工艺,成功解决了复杂环境下钢结构网架的施工难题,达到了规避高空散拼工期长、危险系数大、整体吊装费用高等不利因素的目的。在滑移安装施工过程中,下层施工不受空间的影响,缩短了施工工期,提高了工作效率,且工程质量得到了极大保证,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为类似工程提供参考。 The structure of steel grid frame, with its simple transmission path, light weight, large stiffness, good seismic performance and simple construction and installation, has become the focus of attention by people, Mudanjiang Station, located in the center of Mudanjiang City, is an important hub connecting Musui and Hamu. By adopting the construction technology of accumulative sliding method, it has successfully solved the construction problems of steel structure grid frame in complex environment, and achieved the goal of avoiding unfavorable factors such as long construction period, high risk factors and high overall lifting cost. In the process of sliding installation, construction at the lower part is not influenced by the space,which shortens the construction period and improves work efficiency. The quality of the project has been greatly guaranteed, the economic and social benefits have been achieved well, which could provide reference for similar projects.
