摘要
介绍了固定化技术的概念及优点,归纳了固定化硝化细菌的制备方法及载体材料的类型;总结了固定化硝化细菌技术在废水处理中的应用。与传统活性污泥法处理废水相比,固定化硝化细菌技术具有处理能力高、抗冲击负荷能力强、产泥量少和硝化细菌不易流失等优点。为更好应用于实际工程,该技术需要在载体材料研发,高效制备反应器开发及提高固定化硝化细菌颗粒传质性能等方面进行研究。
The concept and advantages ofimmobilization technology wereintroduced.The preparation methods of immobilized nitrifying bacteria andtheselectionofcarrier material were also concluded.Moreover, the applications of immobilized nitrifying bacteria in wastewater treatment weresummarized. Compared with traditional activated sludge method for wastewater treatment, immobilization nitrifying bacteria technology has many advantages, such as high removalability, strong capability of anti-shockloading,muchless sludgeproduced and less loss of nitrifying bacteria.In order to promote the widely practical application of immobilization nitrifying bacteria technology,more research should be focusedon carrier materials with complete performance, exploring particle preparation reactor with high efficiency andimproving mass transfer performance of immobilized nitrifying bacteria.
