摘要
"顶层设计"在政治领域一经提出,立刻引起社会各个领域的广泛关注,教育领域也在大力宣扬。然而,"顶层设计"有自己的适用范围和尺度,并非适合所有领域。选取从"顶层设计"的概念作为切入点,分析了什么是"顶层设计",又从发生学角度、辩证唯物主义的认识论角度以及战略规划等不同视角对教育领域改革的"顶层设计"的提法不可取做了相关论证,并呼吁借鉴迁移他域用词需谨慎。
Since the "top-down design" was put forward in the political field, it immediately attracted widespread attention in various fields of society, and was also vigorously promoted in the education field. However, the "top-down design" has its own scope and scale, which is not suitable for all fields. Selecting the concept of "top-down design" as the entry point, this paper analyzes what the "top-down design" is. Also, from the perspectives of occurrence, the epistemological perspective of dialectical materialism, and the perspective of strategic planning, we argue that it is not advisable to apply "top-down design"in the field of education reform, and it is necessary to be cautious in drawing on the words in the migration of their domain.
