摘要
职业价值观是影响职业行为和工作绩效的核心因素,职业价值观激励是最为深层和持久的激励方式之一。文章以高校领导干部为研究对象,综合运用文献检索、专家访谈等方式,探讨高校领导干部职业价值观的共性因素和表征因子,运用741份有效问卷对所提出的研究假设进行了检验。研究表明:高校领导干部职业价值观有其内在的基本结构;不同因素和表征因子的重要度和符合度之间存在着显著的差异性。本研究针对性地分析和解释了这种差异性产生的原因,并提出相应的激励策略。
Work values are the core components which exert great impact on professional behavior and job performance. The motivation of work values is one of the most in-depth and enduring incentives. This study takes the leading cadres in institutions of higher education as the research object, using literature retrieval and expert interviews to explore the common factors and characterization factors of the work values. The research hypothesis is tested by 741 valid questionnaires. The research shows that the leading cadres in institutions of higher education share internal basic structure of work values. However, there exist significant differences between the importance and conformity of different factors and characterization factors. This study analyzes and explains the causes of this difference specifically and proposes corresponding incentive strategies.
