基于高校师生诚信心理特征的诚信校园建设研究

Research on the Construction of Honesty Campus Based on the Psychological Characteristics of Integrity of College Teachers and Students

马斯洛人类动机理论指出需求产生动机,从而激发人的行为。诚信校园建设应遵循师生不同层次的心理需求,保障和增强师生产生诚信行为的心理因素,有效激发师生共建诚信校园的内生动力。高校应从师生的诚信心理特征出发,做好制度保障、注重行为引导、加强正向激励、丰富教育形式,真正增强师生的诚信心理,促进诚信校园建设。

Maslow’s theory of human motivation points out that demand generates motivation, which stimulates human behavior. The construction of honesty campus needs us to strengthen the honest psychological factors and effectively stimulate the endogenous motive force of teachers and students. For truly enhancing teachers and students’ integrity psychology and promoting the construction of honesty campus, we can start from the psychological characteristics of teachers and students, focus on system guarantee, pay more attention on behavior guidance, boost positive incentives and enrich educational forms.
