摘要
前列腺癌的发生、发展与不同的生物学机制密切相关,其中包括自噬。自噬是一种进化上保守的动态分解代谢过程,其形成包括引发、成核、伸长以及密封,过度或缺乏自噬都可能有助于疾病的发生,自噬可作为前列腺癌的启动子或抑制剂发挥作用,雄激素通过雄激素受体,利用自噬可促进前列腺癌细胞生长。自噬在前列腺癌的治疗中也具有重要作用,参与雄激素去势、化疗、放疗以及天然化合物等治疗过程。通过研究这些过程的分子机制,可为前列腺癌得治疗提供新的思路。
The development of prostate cancer is closely related to many different biological mechanisms,including autophagy.Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved dynamic catabolic process,and its formation includes initiation,nucleation,elongation and sealing.Excessive or lack of autophagy may contribute to the onset of disease.Autophagy can act as a promoter or inhibitor of prostate cancer.Through the androgen receptor,androgen promotes prostate cancer cell growth by autophagy.Autophagy also plays an important role in the treatment of prostate cancer,participating in the treatment of and-rogen castration,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and natural compounds.Continuous research on the molecular mechanism of these processes may provide new ideas for the treatment of prostate cancer.
