随着社会的不断发展,高校学生人数会随着社会的需求不断变化。针对此问题,基于开放建筑理论,结合SI住宅体系支撑体与填充体分离的特点,学生宿舍的可变性设计是值得深入探讨的解决方法之一。文章论述了如何将方案设计的可变性与工业化建造技术相结合,让宿舍在不同状态下可容纳不同人数,从而满足不同时期的居住需求。

With the continuous development of society,the number of college students will change with the needs of society.In response to this issue,based on the open building theory,combined with the characteristics of the separation of support body and the filling body of the SI residential system,the variability design of the student dormitory is one of the solutions worthy of deep discussion.This article discusses how to combine the variability of plan design with industrial construction techniques,allowing the dormitory to accommodate different numbers of people in different statuses and meet the needs of different residence periods.
