摘要 车载电控模块的可靠性测试作为产品开发过程中必不可少的一部分,对保证产品品质和寿命至关重要。本文针对其硬件可靠性需进行的测试验证项目进行研究,依据汽车电子行业标准说明各个项目的测试意义和测试内容,为车载电控模块的环境适应性和可靠性验证提供依据。 As an indispensable part of the product development process, reliability testing of vehicle electronic control module is very important to ensure product quality and life. In this paper, the test and verification project of hardware reliability is studied, and the test significance and content of each project are explained according to the automotive electronics industry standard, which provides the basis for the environmental adaptability and reliability verification of the vehicle electronic control module.
