摘要
主要介绍汽车用电子器件中漆包线与引出端子之间常用的4种焊接方法,分析各自的利弊及焊接时注意事项,并对4种焊接方法进行了对比分析,为车用电子器件设计及生产工艺人员提供参考。
In this paper, four welding methods commonly used between enameled wire and lead-out terminals in automotive electronic devices are introduced, their advantages and disadvantages and matters needing attentionin weldingare demonstrated. A comparative analysis of the four welding methods is conducted, which provides reference for the design and production technicians of automotive electronic devices.
