Brief Analysis to Circuit Maintenance of Chevrolet Cruze Car Electric Wiper

本文以雪佛兰科鲁兹汽车电动刮水器为例,介绍电动刮水器的挡位和功能,通过对间歇、低速、高速和自动回位电路工作过程进行分析,对几种常见刮水系统的电路故障进行检修,观察故障现象,结合电路分析总结可能出现的故障原因,逐一对可能故障进行排查,最后确定故障点,对科鲁兹汽车维修具有一定参考价值。

This paper takes the electric wiper of Chevrolet Cruze as an example. The gear position and function of electric wiper are introduced. The working process of intermittent, low speed, high speed and automatic return circuit is analyzed. This paper examines the circuit faults of several common wiper systems, observes the fault phenomena, summarizes the possible causes of the faults, and checks the possible faults one by one. Finally, the fault point is determined, which provides certain reference to the maintenance of Cruze cars.
