电动汽车用电池管理系统测试平台的设计与实现 被引量:6

摘要 电动汽车用动力电池系统的安全性、稳定性以及可靠性受电池管理系统(BMS)的监测与控制,因此通过BMS测试平台对BMS各种功能的检测具有极大的意义。该文阐述了一种模块化集成的电动汽车用BMS自动测试平台,该平台基于PXI硬件架构以及LabVIEW软件开发环境,满足BMS汽车行业推荐标准的测试项目,适用于电动汽车用BMS产品的出厂检验与型式检验项目,并且模块化的平台设计有利于后续对BMS测试功能的拓展与升级。 The safety stability and reliability of traction battery are under monitoring and controlling of battery management system(BMS),so it is of great significance to verify the vary functions of BMS through BMS test platform.This article explains modular integrated vehicle used automatic BMS test platform,which bases on PXI hardware framework and LabVIEW software development environment,meeting test requirement of the BMS industry recommended standards.Modular design means easier expansion and upgrading for BMS testing functions afterward.
