摘要
针对国内某火电厂供热机组汽轮机低压转子出现的严重积盐、腐蚀问题,从汽水品质、药品质量、垢样成分、热力系统运行情况等各方面对问题产生的原因进行了分析,最终确认为热网加热器泄漏引发热网疏水及蒸汽品质超标所致。为此,提出了机组在供热期内运行时应加强现场运行管理和化学监督等防范措施,以保证机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。
Aiming at the serious salt accumulation and corrosion problems occurred on low-pressure rotor of steam turbine in a domestic heating unit,the causes were analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of steam and water quality,medicine quality,scale sample analysis and operation of thermal system.The results show that the it is the leakage of heater in heating network which makes the quality of heat-supply network drain and steam exceed the standard.To solve this problem,the corresponding countermeasures including strengthering the on-site operation management and chemical supervision were put forward to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of the unit during the heating operation period.
