小城镇工业用地空间绩效研究——以中山XL镇为例

The Spatial Performance of Industrial Land in Small Towns: A Case Study of XL Town in Zhongshan City

文章以新时期小城镇工业用地的有效利用为目标,结合用地条件及所承载的企业,进行空间绩效评价,探索在“产业—空间”相互作用的微观视角下小城镇工业用地存在问题的解决方法。研究采用熵值TOPSIS法对案例城镇工业用地的空间绩效进行计算,并解释其成因机制。结果表明,案例城镇存在着“外部规模、内部规模、片区均质和滞后松散”四种不同的工业用地使用类型;透过熵权值的比较分析,发现产业聚集度、产业关联度与产业规模是案例城镇工业用地空间绩效的主要影响因素。最后结合产业的转型升级探讨工业用地有效利用的针对性措施,为调整和优化产业空间结构提供有力支撑。

Aiming at the effective utilization of industrial land in small towns in the new era,combining with the land use conditions and the industrial enterprises it carries,this paper constructs a spatial performance evaluation index system,explores the micro-perspective of the interaction between industry and space,and seeks to solve the existing problems of industrial land in small towns.The entropy TOPSIS method is used to calculate the spatial performance of industrial land in the case and explain its genetic mechanism.The results show,there are four types of industrial land development in case towns:external scale,internal scale,regional homogeneity and lagging loose.Through the comparative analysis of entropy weights,it is found that industrial concentration,industrial relevance and innovation ability are the main factors that highlight the spatial performance of urban industrial land use cases.At last,to explore the targeted measures for the effective use of industrial land by combining spatial performance with industrial development,and provide strong support for adjusting and optimizing the industrial space structure.
