乡村振兴背景下农村闲置空间活化利用研究——以重庆万盛农村闲置中小学为例

The Study on the Activation and Utilization of Rural Idle Space under the Background of Rural Revitalization: Taking the Utilization Plan of Idle Primary and Middle Schools in Wansheng Rural Area of Chongqing as an Example

近年来,农村发展需求越来越迫切,乡村振兴战略的提出创造了新的历史机遇。本文通过对农村闲置空间的活化利用研究,以重庆市万盛区农村闲置中小学利用规划为例,对闲置空间研究现状进行梳理,并对研究区域、闲置中小学特征进行了总结。从理论层面论述了实施乡村振兴,推动全域统筹开发,引入触媒元素,促进产业融合发展等理念。从策略层面提出了全域统筹规划,闲置空间分类;突出异化主题,特色专项发展;重组空间功能,构建运营模式等实施途径,以期对我国农村闲置空间活化利用、乡村振兴实施路径等方面提供参考。

In recent years,the demand for rural development has become more and more urgent,and the proposal of rural revitalization strategy has created new historical opportunities.Based on the study of the activation and utilization of rural idle space,this paper takes the utilization planning of idle primary and secondary schools in Wansheng rural area of Chongqing as an example,and sorts out the research status of idle space,and summarizes the characteristics of the research area and idle primary and secondary schools.The implementation of rural revitalization,promote the overall development of the whole region;the introduction of catalytic elements,and promote the concept of industrial integration and development.From the strategic level,it proposes the overall planning of the whole area,the classification of idle space;highlighting the theme of alienation,special development of characteristics;reorganizing spatial functions and constructing operational modes,in order to provide reference for the activation and utilization of rural idle space in China and the implementation path of rural revitalization.
