摘要
目的:观察枸杞多糖作用于腺嘌呤诱导的肾阳虚不育大鼠勃起功能、精子数量及激素含量的变化。方法:45只雄性大鼠随机分为3组:模型组、正常对照组、枸杞多糖药物治疗组,每组15只。用腺嘌呤150mg·kg^-1·d^-1的剂量分别给模型组及治疗组每只大鼠灌胃30天,诱导肾阳虚大鼠模型。模型鼠诱导成功后,模型组大鼠用生理盐水灌胃30天;治疗组用枸杞多糖10mg·kg^-1.d^-1灌胃30天;曲细精管中精子数量变化用扫描电镜及透射电镜观察;精子密度的检测用精子自动检测仪观察;用放射免疫的方法检测各组大鼠FSH、LH、T、E2含量。结果:治疗组大鼠勃起潜伏期时间及爬高潜伏期较模型组明显缩短,曲细精管中精子数量及精子活动度较模型组显著提高,性激素FSH、LH、T和E2含量较模型组升高。结论:枸杞多糖可能通过提高精子的数量及活动度、肾阳虚大鼠性激素水平而达到改善肾阳虚大鼠的生殖功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide on erectile function and changes of sperm number and hormones level of adenine-induced infertile rats with kidney yang-deficiency syndrom.Methods:45 male rats were randomly divided into three groups i.e.model group,normal control group and treatment group of lycium barbarum polysaccharide drug,15 rats in each group.Each rat of model group and treatment group was given 150 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 dose of adenine by gavage for 30 days,so as to induce rat model of kidney yang-deficiency.After model rat was successfully induced,the rats in model group were given normal saline by gavage for 30 days;the rats in treatment group were given 10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 of lycium barbarum polysaccharide by gavage for 30 days.Reusults:Compared to the model group,erectile latency time and run-up latent period of rats were significantly shorter in treatment group,sperm number and sperm motility in seminiferous tubule were more significantly enhanced,and the levels of sex hormones,i.e.FSH,LH,T and E2,were higher.Conclusion:Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can improve the reproductive function of rats of kidney yang-deficiency type,which may be due to enhance the number and motility of sperm and the levels of sex hormones in rats of kidney yangdeficiency type.
