摘要
采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测研究手段,分析了寸草塔二矿31202综放工作面顶板扰动后破断特征及初采、正常回采、末采期间工作面矿压规律。结果表明:31202综放工作面顶板符合"O-X"型破断规律;初采期间煤壁出现片帮,中间部位最严重;正常回采期间工作面直接顶随采随冒,基本顶周期来压步距9.4 m,来压期间动载系数为1.49,来压期间工作面支架最大工作阻力在11 000 kN以上,支架安全阀开启次数较多,工作面支架工作阻力偏低,需提高支架的可靠性;末采期间不放煤,按一次采全高组织生产,并针对不同开采时期提出具体的矿压治理措施。
By means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, the characteristics of roof breakage after disturbance in 31202 fully-mechanized caving face of Cuncaota No. 2 Coal Mine and the laws of ground pressure during initial mining, normal mining and final mining were analyzed. The results showed that the roof of 31202 fully-mechanized caving face conforms to the "O-X" type breaking law;the slice of coal wall occurs during the initial mining period, and the middle part is the most serious;during normal mining period, the direct roof of working face falls along with mining, the weighting step of basic roof cycle is 9. 4 m, the dynamic load coefficient is 1. 49 during weighting period, and the maximum working resistance of support is over 11 000 kN during weighting period.The number of times of support safety valve opening is more, the working resistance of support in working face is lower, so the reliability of support needs to be improved. During the last mining period, no coal caving is carried out, and the production is organized according to the full height of one mining, and specific measures for mine pressure control were put forward according to different mining periods.
