综放支架推后溜销轴加工新工艺的研发应用

摘要 通过对综放支架推后溜销轴原加工工艺存在的不足进行分析,研发了新型推后溜销轴夹持装置及新加工工艺。现场应用证明,新工艺提高了工作效率和安全系数,保证了综放工作面的正常接续,具有较好的推广应用价值。 This paper analysed the shortcomings of the original processing technology, developed a new type of backsliding pin shaft clamping device and new processing technology. Field application proved that it not only improves the safety factor, but also improves the working efficiency, guarantees the normal continuity of fully-mechanized caving face, and has a good application value.
