摘要
本研究以PLC为控制核心,通过PLC向步进电机输出方向信号、脉冲信号,分别控制步进电机的方向和角位移,实现对步进电机的时间和角度两种模式控制,并通过组态王上位机软件实现对电机的监控。该套设备运用于实验室立体仓库教学设备,对控制立体仓库XYZ三轴运动的准确定位起到了关键作用。
The design takes PLC as the control core,changes the direction and angular displacement of the stepping motor through PLC to output direction signal and pulse signal,completes two modes of control of the stepping motor:time and Angle,and completes the monitoring of the upper computer through kingview software.This equipment is used for teaching of warehouse in laboratory,which plays a key role in controlling the accurate positioning of three-dimensional warehouse XYZ triaxial motion.
